How to merge PDFs or extract pages

  1. Choose Merge PDFs and select at least two files, or Extract / split and select exactly one PDF.
  2. Arrange files in the desired order for merging. For extraction, enter pages such as 1, 3-5, 2.
  3. Choose Download PDF and review the resulting pages.

Example

To keep the cover and three pages from a longer document, choose Extract / split and enter 1, 3-5. The output contains four pages in that order. Listing a page again repeats it.

Supported options and limitations

Use unencrypted PDFs: up to 10 files, 20 MB per file, 50 MB combined and 500 output pages. Interactive forms, bookmarks and digital-signature validity are not preserved.

Common questions

Can I split each page into a separate file?

Extraction creates one PDF containing the selected pages, rather than a file for every page.

Are my PDFs uploaded?

Merging and extraction run locally in your browser. Selected PDF files are not uploaded for processing.

Why can I not open a PDF?

Password-protected or damaged PDFs are unsupported. Check the file limits and try opening the source in a PDF reader first.
